4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions. We will notify you as early as possible in such cases.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of job completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

By scheduling a service, you confirm that you have the authority to permit work on the property. You agree to disclose any known property conditions that may affect our service. Deep Ocean Clean LLC is not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service.
